Co-own

The co-ownership option allows you to own a part of a property and then you earn rent from the property for the rest of your life. You also benefit from the appreciation of this property whenever you decide to sell the slots you own in the property. Your slots can also be transferred to your next of kin.

Co-build

With co-build, you’re collaborating with other members of the Jointly community  to fund the construction of a real estate project. This project will be sold upon completion and profit is shared amongst everyone who invested in it. This strategy is for people who want to invest for a short term.
